Prof. Pedro Marinho
Born on October 10, 1996, in Angra dos Reis, Brazil, Pedro Marinho showed a keen interest in sports from a young age, engaging in activities from soccer and skating to martial arts. He began his Jiu-Jitsu journey under Master Reinaldo Fernandez of the Brazilian Top Team, who mentored him for four years. In 2017, Pedro joined the FP Golden Team, a select group of emerging athletes trained under Felipe Pena in Belo Horizonte. His talent was recognized in the Gracie Barra network by Ulpiano Malachias, leading to his move to Houston, Texas, where he trained and earned his brown and later black belt.
As a remarkable competitor, Pedro has achieved significant milestones including winning the IBJJF World No-Gi Championship 2021 in both his weight class and the absolute division, the 1st in IBJJF American Nationals 2021, becoming the WNO 205lb champion, a 2x ADCC veteran and ADCC South American Team -88kg champion.

Prof. Hector Guerrero
Professor Hector Guerrero, from Katy, Texas, is a dedicated Jiu-Jitsu practitioner and instructor whose BJJ journey began in 2011. He earned his black belt under Pedro Marinho and, since 2018, has been leading the kids jiu jitsu classes, now he teaches Little Champs and Juniors BJJ classes at Gracie Barra Richmond. Hector is known for his passionate teaching and commitment to developing life skills like confidence and discipline among his students. He actively supports his students in competitions, consistently present to cheer and guide them.

Prof. Victoria Montrezor
Professor Victoria Montrezor is a distinguished black belt and an integral part of the Gracie Barra family. Alongside her husband, Pedro Marinho, Victoria has a rich history both in and out of Brazil, deeply involved in supporting Pedro’s competitive career. She has overcome numerous adversities, demonstrating resilience and strength. Victoria coaches the kids program and leads the women’s program at Gracie Barra Richmond, showcasing her dedication to teaching and empowering students.
She was promoted to black belt by Ulpiano Malachias, underlining her skill and commitment to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
